Life-threatening energy crisis assistance is available YEAR-ROUND, outside open enrollment, for households with a member needing life-saving medical equipment or during extreme temperatures. Call (405) 522-5050 and choose the energy assistance option. Verification may be required, including a note from a licensed health care professional. Regular ECAP, by contrast, only runs in its own enrollment window (14 Apr 2026 for FY2026).
