For deductions: rent/lease or mortgage statement, housing authority paperwork, landlord name and phone, insurance and property taxes; current utility bills; for anyone 60+ or disabled, 60 days of prescription printouts, insurance premium statements, doctor/hospital bills and transportation costs; court order plus proof of payments for child support paid out; provider letter and receipts for child care. The state suggests photographing documents with your phone to upload them.
