How do I actually get food from Hawaii Foodbank?
Hawaii Foodbank does not distribute from its warehouse to the public. Use the interactive map on hawaiifoodbank.org/get-help/food-assistance/ to find a pantry or an Ohana Produce Plus distribution on Oahu, or download the food assistance handouts for Oahu and Kauai. Many sites check you in through a free paperless system called Neighbor Connector that records basic information.
When is Hawaii Foodbank open?
Not published centrally. Each pantry and distribution has its own hours, shown on the official map and in the Oahu and Kauai resource guides.
Does Hawaii Foodbank cost anything?
Free. The page says the network provides free groceries, fresh produce and nutritious meals.
What do I need to bring?
