Student Pass takes 25% off an already-discounted NJ TRANSIT monthly rail, bus or light rail pass, bought through the NJ TRANSIT mobile app. Rail riders can alternatively apply for a printed monthly pass at 25% off from a rail ticket office.
Who qualifies for the NJ TRANSIT student discount
Full-time and part-time commuting students at colleges and universities taking part in NJ TRANSIT's University Partnership Program, or at NJ TRANSIT-approved post-secondary schools for the printed rail pass.
How to verify NJ TRANSIT’s student discount
