DHW's online portal is idalink (https://idalink.idaho.gov), linked from every DHW page, but the apply page itself lists only phone, in person, mail, email and fax.
Who qualifies for SNAP in Idaho?
Must be a citizen or legal immigrant, an Idaho resident, with household income below the program limits for your household size. With some exceptions you must work or take part in an employment and training program. For most households resources must be under $5,000 (cash, bank accounts, stocks and bonds, property, household and recreational vehicles). You can only get SNAP from one state at a time - close a previous state's case first.
