How do I apply for SNAP in Delaware?
Apply online through the ASSIST portal at assist.dhss.delaware.gov, or in person at any Delaware State Service Center. Then complete an eligibility interview where you show your documents. Delaware tells you the decision by post within 30 days, and you can request a Fair Hearing if you disagree.
Who qualifies for SNAP in Delaware?
Household income, citizenship or eligible non-citizen status, Delaware residency, household size, and who you live and eat with.
