It depends on the programme, and the official page says so site by site. Their own Mobile Pantry and Community Produce Program distributions are for families and individuals with no income test, ID or proof of address listed. Partner food pantries provide free food to the public but, in the food bank's own words, each pantry has its own guidelines: check with them about specific eligibility requirements and pick-up limits. A few listed sites do state conditions, for example an Antioch pantry that requires proof of address and serves Antioch residents only, and the senior programme, which requires age 55 or over, meeting income guidelines, a picture ID and proof of address.
